Has Jesus Washed Your Feet?

A few days ago I was reading about Jesus washing the disciples feet.. (John 13:1-17) Peter told Jesus no at first when jesus wanted to wash his feet, but jesus told him “if I don’t wash your feet you have no part with me…” (John 13:8) Peter then said wash my hands and feet also lol… Well this puzzled me, I didn’t get it..l asked Jesus why did he wash his feet? By the grace of God bestowed upon me to spread his word, God opened my understanding, while listening to a gospel song. Consider what feet do… They walk, they move us from one place to another… It’s an action… However the water that Peter got his feet washed with represents the word of God. (Ephesians 5:26) The word of God renews our mind (romans 12:2), it cleanses our old thinking, actions, emotions, and etc. making us new creatures… God then enables us to make Godly decisions. (Walking in the word of God) We must walk in the word of God, meaning our actions should be on one accord with the word of God… Otherwise JESUS SAID YOU HAVE NO PART WITH HIM!!! (John 13:8) (in other words u are not saved and u are not on ur way to the kingdom of God if u are comfortable In ur sin) so has Jesus washed ur feet??? Does ur life reflect the word of God? God has given us the blue print to salvation (John 3:16-17, John 8:31-31) But r u willing to sacrifice time to learn of him and read ur bible? (We give time to everything else!) You are not of jesus if you don’t walk as he walked. (Matthew 16:24)The question is this, how much value does God have to you? Does he have enough value to you to the point u will deny the ways of the world because u r following him? Does Jesus have enough value to u so Tht u turn from fornication, intoxication, homosexuality, gossip, fighting, stealing, killing, that lying tongue, coveting, arguing, competing, and the rest of ur sins??? Remember… Jesus said if you love me keep my commandments. (John 14:15) I really encourage everyone to read their bible… How else will u know what God wants us? God said lean not unto ur own understanding… (Proverbs 3:5) Repent the kingdom of God is at hand!!! Be baptized (acts 2:38, mark 1:15)
