Bear Fruits Of The Spirit

The bible says the tree that doesn’t bear fruit will be cast into fire. It also tells us we will know each other by their fruit. Let’s examine ourselves for a second and consider, are we bearing fruit, or thorns and briers. Fruit is useful, thorns and briers prick, and hurt people. The fruits of the spirit are: love, joy, peace, longsuffering (going through trials, not shrinking back to ways of the world), gentleness, goodness (loyalty to God, holy), faith (believing his word/God), Meekness (humble), temperance (self control, resisting temptation). These are thorns and briers, which will be cast into fire: Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness (inclined to lust(s)/ no regard to whats right), Idolatry (anything put before God), witchcraft (practice of spells and magic), hatred, variance (favoritism/partiality), emulations (competing, trying to excel/be equal/ out do others), wrath (anger, vengeance/revenge), strife (bitter conflicts) , seditions (encouraging rebellion), heresies (accepting anything contrary to word of God), Envying (jealousy), murders (mouth can be a murder weapon as well), drunkenness, reveling (engaging in loud, rowdy activities).

Are you bearing fruit? Or are you bearing thorns? Thorns and briers will be cast into lake of fire. Pray to be on one accord with the most high, and be purged. Repenting means turning from your wicked ways. The bible tells us the do’s and don’t. It’s our blue print for life. The more you read, the more you learn, and grow. You must read the most high word, he is his word.

Mark 1:15| Acts 2:38|

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Matthew 7: 19Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Hebrew 6:8But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end isto be burned.

2 timothy 3: 16All scripture isgiven by inspiration of God, and isprofitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Haggai 1:5 Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.

Galatians 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
