Pray that god looses the fruits of the spirit to you & binds and cast out the works of the flesh with fire, destruction, and judgement, DAILY.
The fruits of the spirit are: love, joy, peace, long-suffering (enduring many trials), gentleness, goodness (godliness), faith, meekness (humble), temperance (self control). When we are lead by the spirit, fleshy ways are mortified:
Adultery: sex outside of marriage, & or thinking about it
Fornication: sex without marriage, & or thinking about it
Lasciviousness: inclined to lusts, no regard for what is right
Idolatry: anything you put before God/adore
Witchcraft: practices of spells, and magic
Hatred: intense dislike, hostility
Variance: treating one person differently than another for any reason
Emulation: trying excel or be equal to another
Wrath: anger, vegeance, punishment
strife: bitter conflicts
Seditions: stir/encourage rebellion to anything
Heresies: accepting or believing anything contrary to the bible
Drunkenness: not sober
Revelings: indulging in loud, rowdy, activities
(See how they are contrary to one another)
Love fulfills all. Because if we truly love God, and loves the way God wants us to, the deeds of the flesh will be mortified.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
16. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other; so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. Rom. 7.15-23
18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these, adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21 envyings, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
26 Let us not be desirous of vainglory, provoking one another, envying one another.
